Are you an experienced Administrator looking to use your excellent Customer Service skills in a new permanent role?

My client are a leading area Housing Association looking for someone to assist their Maintenance Manager in taking customer repairs requests, scheduling repairs and liaising with operatives and monitoring progress of works, preparing invoices for payment, preparing performance information, updating Asset Management data, as well as supporting the organisation’s Health and Safety systems.

As a permanent member of this team you will be entitled to 30 days Annual leave (including Bank Holidays), an excellent pension scheme and private healthcare.
