Are you an experienced Housing Management professional seeking your next front line challenging role? Are you passionate about providing outstanding tenancy and estate management services to social housing tenants? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large housing provider to work from their Llanelli office on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week), which is offering up to 6 months work.
Working within a close-knit team to provide an exceptional management service for approximately 500 homes, this role will see you working closely with tenants, taking an instrumental role to contribute to the continued success of the organisation. Through your responsibilities of managing tenancies, working towards debt and anti-social behaviour minimisation, and actively encouraging tenant participation, you will have the opportunity to use your own initiative and truly showcase your housing expertise.
You will have an in-depth knowledge of housing management, be confident and well-versed in resolving problems surrounding tenancy, including nuisance and anti-social behaviour, while demonstrating a true commitment to tenants and residents.
