TENANCY ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
LONG TERM HOUSING OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN NEATH PORT TALBOT

Are you an ambitious housing professional who is seeking their next challenging enforcement role in social housing? If so, one of the largest social landlords in Wales is recruiting for a Tenancy Enforcement Officer to start before the New Year on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This positon is offering full-time hours with flexible working conditions, which will give you the opportunity to work around your personal commitments.

Your potential employer is a community housing mutual RSL, who continually work to understand the needs of their tenants and members to deliver services based on what matters, with the aim of creating the ‘Perfect Community’.

As the Tenancy Enforcement Officer, you will be tasked with sustaining tenancies through eliminating breaches of tenancy agreements and improving communities through managing anti-social behaviour and rent arrears appropriately. You will work proactively with various internal teams, external agencies and tenants in order to prevent and tackle Anti-Social Behaviour by appropriate interventions.

You will be given the autonomy to manage your own workload, splitting your time between the office and the wider community. In order to provide an efficient service in the community; you will be equipped with a company mobile phone and a portable tablet.
