REQUIRED IN MANCHESTER VIA BRC
DURATION: 6 weeks initially
BRC are recruiting for a housing advisor to join a housing association in Manchester to start immediately.
You will be joining a team that delivers an efficient front line service across the housing neighbourhood services providing support to officers within housing teams.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
• Effectively deal with first line enquiries from customers over the phone or face to face, and to offer basic advice or refer the customer onto the most relevant colleague
• Provide a comprehensive administrative and customer facing service to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the housing teams
• Develop a basic broad knowledge of housing service, to ensure customers are provided with the correct information, support and advice, including sign posting to relevant services
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with customers and the ability to provide clear basic housing advice. Good organisational skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise well and work to deadlines. A good working knowledge of IT systems is required.
